		<description>geez, it's a small world.  That's one of my regular reads, that blog is - and yeah, I heard about that movie, thanks for the reminder.  I seem to recall there's a really interesting issue there in that it was virtually a zero-budget film made from old home video, but there is so much environmental media in it (TV, music) that the licensing fees required to get it actually distributed are ginormous.  Getting rid of barriers to 'production' is one thing but the barriers to reaching a public are quite another...</description>
