all new lookin’

7 02 2006

Now that I’m back from the UK, and then back from Melbourne, and about to go even more into overdrive: time for a redesign. Naturally.

That is, it was time. I didn’t have time, but did it anyway. Thoughts?

Hi Jean,

Nice look. Masthead’s set with “American Typewriter”, yes?

Font-sizing in a cross-platform way is a bit of a bugger. But this is a good resource: http://www.clagnut.com/blog/348/

Thanks Nick, I had a go, and it looks less gammy on my office buddy’s PC now. Hi Anne!

by the way, ange and i are heading to brissy tomorrow for 2 weeks, will be hanging out in the city for 3 days, thence to ipswich for a week or so (hoping not to run into pauline or get lynched by the local talent). we should catch up if you have time and stuff.

az, definitely. email me at gmail (jeanjeangenie) and we’ll sort out a time. and ipswich is a separate city, all its own, beyond the border of brisbane ;) brisbane, on the other hand, is lovely.

Trine: come! And I’m sorry I never made it to Brighton last trip…I missed out on my dose of soggy fish and chips and mushy peas!
